Dave Morley has been evolving for over 10 years in visual effects. He has worked on films such as MOULIN ROUGE, SEE NO EVIL, or CHARLOTTE'S WEB. As a VFX supervisor, he has worked on films like ROGUE, THE SPIRIT or AUSTRALIA.
Jason Bath is also evolving over the past ten years in visual effects. As VFX executive producer, he has worked on many projects in common with Dave Morley at Fuel VFX. In the following interview, they talk about their work on CAPTAIN AMERICA.
THOR: Paul Butterworth – VFX Supervisor & Co-founder – Fuel VFX
Paul Butterworth has worked at Animal Logic in 1993 as compositing artist and later became the first Australian VFX supervisor! He also directed numerous commercials and do a lot of matte paintings. In 1998, he oversee 1300 shots in 8 months for the TV series FARSCAPE. In 2000, he founded with Dave Morley, Andrew Hellen, Simon Maddison and Jason Bath, the studio Fuel VFX. He oversaw the effects of X-MEN ORIGINS: WOLVERINE and is currently working on Ridley Scott's PROMETHEUS. In the following interview, he talks about his work on THOR.
THOR: Jonathan Harb – VFX Supervisor & Founder – Whiskytree
Jonathan Harb began his career as a production assistant in the art department at ILM in 1996, he later became concept artist, matte painter, supervisor of the matte painting department and VFX supervisor. At ILM, he worked on such films as MEN IN BLACK I and II, the new STAR WARS trilogy, THE PERFECT STORM, or I.A. In 2007, he founded Whiskytree and oversaw the effects of movies like TERMINATOR SALVATION or TRON LEGACY. In the following interview, he talks about his work on THOR.
THOR: Eric Fernandes – CG Supervisor – Digital Domain
Eric Fernandes has worked in many studios such as Industrial Light and Magic, Weta Digital or Dreamworks Animation and Digital Domain. He has worked on such films as STAR WARS EPISODE II: ATTACK OF THE CLONES, LORD OF THE RINGS: THE TWO TOWERS and RETURN OF THE KING but also on KUNG FU PANDA and AVATAR.
THOR: Kelly Port – VFX Supervisor – Digital Domain
Kelly Port began his career in 1995 at Digital Domain on APOLLO 13. He participated in many projects of the studios such as TITANIC, RED PLANET or THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING. He will also oversee the effects of movies like WE OWN THE NIGHT, STAR TREK or THE A-TEAM.
X-MEN FIRST CLASS: Stephane Ceretti – Production VFX Supervisor
After his great work on PRINCE OF PERSIA at MPC, Stephane Ceretti joined the team of Method Studios. He oversaw the shooting of the second unit for CAPTAIN AMERICA. Working with the VFX legend John Dykstra, Stephen talks about his work as supervisor on X-MEN FIRST CLASS.

ENTER THE VOID: Geoffrey Niquet – VFX Supervisor – BUF
Working since 1995 at BUF Company, Geoffrey Niquet has participated in projects such as BATMAN & ROBIN, FIGHT CLUB or THE CELL. It becomes VFX supervisor in 2004 on ATOMIK CIRCUS and has since overseen the effects of films such as SPEED RACER or THE EXTRAORDINARY ADVENTURES OF ADELE BLANC-SEC.
PRINCE OF PERSIA: Stephane Ceretti – VFX Supervisor – MPC
Stephane Ceretti worked for nearly 12 years at BUF in Paris on films such as ALEXANDER, MATRIX 2 and 3, HARRY POTTER 4 or BATMAN BEGINS. Then he moved to MPC in London as VFX supervisor on PRINCE OF PERSIA. Since this film, he joined Method Studios still in London, where he oversaw THE SORCERER'S APPRENTICE.
