“I’ve worked in visual effects marketing for around five years and I’m constantly in awe of what is created. But not enough people outside of our industry realise how much work and passion drives what we see on screen. The ‘World VFX Day’ initiative endeavours to provide a platform for the positive recognition visual effects deserves.” Hayley Miller, VFX Marketing Consultant and initiator of ‘World VFX Day’.

  1. Hi Vincent,
    I hope all is well.
Both myself and the founder of Rohtau, Jordi Bares have been in the VFX industry for over 20years.
I am HOP & HESG at Rohtau and Jordi is the CD and VFX Supervisor.
I come from Rushes, MPC and Frametsore to name a few and Jordi comes from The Mill London where he was CD and Glassworks and Frametore etc.
We are wondering how to add our name/logo/support to this day?

We are also wanting to raise awareness of the importance of us all creating/joining a single VFX Union and wonder if you have any thoughts on this?

    Many thanks!
    jk
